The Effervescence Point


The effervescence point is an imperceptible defect on the inside of the glass, which is created using a laser.

The rough surface of the effervescence point ensures that the carbon dioxide contained in the drink concentrates at this exact point and dissolves more effectively. This allows sparkling wines such as champagne, but also sparkling white wines and even beer, to fizz even better and for longer.
